PVC conveyor belting is widely used on packaging, warehouse, logistics, agriculture and general industrial conveyors. Different top surfaces and backing constructions allow the belt to be adapted around traction, cleanability, noise and slider-bed requirements.
Surface choice matters. Smooth PVC suits general transport, while rough-top and diamond surfaces add traction where products must remain stable through slopes, merges or acceleration zones.
Belt performance still depends on the conveyor around it. Pulley alignment, tension, transfers, support condition and fabrication all influence tracking, wear and belt life.
